Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope & Definitions

This Usage Policy applies to all features and content you access through the StepWise Planner mobile app and any future APIs, SDKs, or web interfaces (collectively, the “Services”). “User Content” means any text, images, code, or other materials you input, upload, or otherwise provide via the Services.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Posting or distributing illegal, violent, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any computer systems.
• Exploiting or misusing the AI to generate harmful, misleading, deceptive, or discriminatory content, or for deep fakes, spam, or harassment.
• Scraping, surveillance, or training competitive machine-learning systems, or bulk generation of spam / SEO content.
• Violating any applicable export controls, economic sanctions, or data-protection laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its consequences, and must ensure it is lawful and compliant. You should back up your data and obey local laws and regulations.

4. Fair Use of AI Services

We reserve the right to limit excessive use of AI features to maintain system stability and fairness.

5. Security

You must not introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Services.

6. Enforcement & Appeals

Violations will be addressed in stages: warning → temporary restriction → permanent ban. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing us within 30 days. We will respond within 14 days and may reinstate or modify the restriction.

8. Legal Compliance & Export Control

You may not use the Services for activities that violate export-control, economic-sanction, or data-protection laws. We may terminate the Services and cooperate with regulators if such violations occur.
