| How to start the 7-day Pro trial? | Creating an account in the App automatically activates the free trial; you can fully experience premium features during this period. 24 hours before the trial ends, the system will remind you whether to renew. |
| How to cancel subscription or avoid automatic charges? | Open iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, find StepWise Planner and turn off "Auto-Renewal". After cancellation, you can continue using the paid period until the end date. |
| How to apply for a refund? | Subscriptions are handled by Apple. For refunds, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 48 hours and submit an application following the instructions. For technical issues, you can also email us (support@stepwiseplanner.com) with your order number, and we will assist in communication. |
| Where is my task data stored? Is it secure? | Task data is encrypted and stored in compliant server rooms in mainland China, with full HTTPS transmission. Without your authorization, we will not sell or share any personal information to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. |
| Will data sync after changing phones? | Yes. Logging into the same StepWise account will automatically restore all tasks and progress. For manual backup, you can generate CSV in Personal Settings › Data Export and receive it via email. |
| How to permanently delete account and all data? | Submit a request in the App under Settings › Data Control › Delete Account. You can revoke the deletion within 30 days, and the system will completely clear server-side data on the 30th day; data cannot be recovered after deletion. |
